Access to the full database requires an active subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All payments are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing accounts or reselling access is prohibited.
All content on the Service, including idea teardowns, text, graphics, and code, is the property of LaunchVault and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly republish any content from the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. In no event shall LaunchVault be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
